As part of the Greek business mission to Libya, led by Deputy Foreign Minister Haris Theoharis, BCA College CEO Harris Daskalakis signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Libyan Development and Reconstruction Fund.
The agreement provides for the opening of a BCA College branch in Benghazi—an important step in the restoration and development of the country’s educational system.
