Starting in 2026, it will be impossible to obtain a Ukrainian international passport without a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) (RNOKPP).
This requirement applies both in Ukraine and abroad.
❗️The TIN is required to synchronize data between state registries, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Diia portal.
Without it, the system will not process the application.
You can only apply WITHOUT a TIN:
🔘Newborn children
🔘Individuals who have officially renounced a TIN for religious reasons

1️⃣ Obtain through a representative in Ukraine
— a copy of your passport
— a notarized power of attorney
— deadline: 3-5 business days
2️⃣ Online through “Diyu”
— passport + Diyu.Pidpis
— “Obtaining a TIN” service
— deadline: up to 3 business days

— through a representative
— or through “Diyu” (if the data is in the registry)
