You’ve completed the necessary contracts, collected the necessary documents, and are confident you have enough for a promotion. However, upon verification, it may be discovered that some of your experience cannot be used.

Why does this happen?
🔹 The documents are missing information about watchkeeping.
🔹 The experience was earned on a vessel that does not meet the requirements for a specific rank.
🔹 The specified position does not allow this period to be counted toward promotion.
🔹 There are errors or insufficient information in the records.

As a result, a seafarer may only learn about the problem after submitting the documents—when they expect to receive their final diploma.

And the most frustrating thing is that many such situations can be avoided by checking your experience and documents in advance.

A preliminary analysis will help you understand:
— whether you have sufficient experience;
— whether it meets the requirements for the desired rank;
— whether there are any errors or other risks that could lead to denial.

We’ll help you check your documents and work experience, identify potential issues, and prepare your application to avoid rejection and earn your diploma on the first try. ⚓️
