However, legislation provides for cases where affixing an apostille is not possible.
Therefore, before applying for an apostille, make sure your document is eligible for apostille.
👉 Apostilles are not affixed to:
⏺Original identity documents and documents confirming Ukrainian citizenship;
⏺Military ID cards;
⏺Employment records;
⏺Vehicle registration certificates.
However, notarized copies (photocopies) of these documents can be apostilled.
📌 Apostilles are also not affixed to information from the State Register of Real Estate Rights. You can confirm your property status by filing an affidavit.
