If your seaman’s book is already at the Harbour Master’s Office in Gdynia or Szczecin, our representative can collect it for you and mail it to your specified address.
How does the process work?
1️⃣ You arrange a power of attorney in your current country of residence.
2️⃣ You mail the original power of attorney to us in Poland.
3️⃣ We arrange for the translation and necessary certification of the power of attorney in Poland.
4️⃣ Once the documents are ready, our representative visits the Harbour Master’s Office in Gdynia or Szczecin to collect your seaman’s book.
5️⃣ After collecting it, we mail the book to your specified address.
📦 This means you don’t have to travel to Gdynia or Szczecin in person just to pick up your document.
