Starting October 24, non-registered certificates (American ABS register)—such as BST, SPS, fire safety, etc.—can now only be ordered through the Maritime Administration’s register.
Certificates entered into the Maritime Administration’s register are no longer issued under the American register.
Non-conventional documents, which are not initially subject to registration in the register, will continue to be issued by training centers as usual.
