▪️ Being abroad, on a flight, or under contract is not an exception to registration.
▪️ Persons with disabilities or serious illnesses may voluntarily submit medical documents.
▪️ In such cases, the VLK’s decision is made remotely, based on documents, without personal presence.
▪️ Disability information can be automatically retrieved from medical and social registries (upon request).
⚓️ Important: Automatic registration does not automatically mean conscription, but it may impact your interactions with the TCC, document processing, and subsequent procedures.
