On July 17, 2025, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fyodorov presented six new digital services that are being prepared for launch:
🟦 AI assistant – will tell you which service to choose, just describe the situation in words
🟦 eNotariat – notary services online
🟦 eExcise – scan an electronic stamp and check the legality of the goods
🟦 “The Path of the Wounded” – a service for military personnel and their families to quickly receive assistance without bureaucracy.
🟦 Basic social assistance – combining all social benefits into one service
🟦 Certificate of no criminal record with an apostille – can be ordered online and delivered
It was separately noted that eExcise and eNotariat are already in the final stages of preparation for launch. The AI assistant will become an integrated part of “Diia” and will allow interaction with the government as simply as possible. By the way, it is already integrated into the “Diia” technical support service – personally tested👌
❗️What may be especially important for Ukrainians abroad:
🟦A certificate of no criminal record with an apostille – it is often required for work or registration of status abroad.
🟦 eNotary – it will be possible to certify documents remotely and, as they promise, issue powers of attorney without visiting the consulate
🟦 Online social payments – will allow you to receive the required payments faster, even while outside of Ukraine
