Let’s address this question from a seafarer 👇
The short answer: a Polish seaman’s book is not suitable for obtaining a new rank or revalidating an existing Certificate of Competency.
⚓️ To process the certificate, you will need an international travel passport or a Ukrainian seaman’s book.
In other words, if you hold a Polish seaman’s book, you must use your international travel passport to apply for the certificate.
